    2/3-Axis Accelerometers
    MiraMEMS’2/3-axis accelerometers are based on the principle of capacitance change during a directional acceleration to convert the mechanical motion into an electrical signal. Using the proprietary 3D CMOS–MEMS integration technology, MiraMEMS’accelerometers deliver high resolution up to 14 bit, low power consumption and programmable interrupts.

    3-Axis Magnetometer
    3-axis magnetometer are based on the principle of hall effect. It integrates SPI/I2C control interface. MiraMEMS’ 3-axis magnetometer delivers 16 bit high resolution, temperature compensation, single/burst measure, wake-upon change mode  .

    6-Axis A+M Combo
    Integrating a 3-axis accelerometers and a 3-axis magnetometer, 6-axis A+M combo can deliver the function of electronic compass. The combo has excellent noise density index, and is pin compatible to MiraMEMS’2x2 accelerometer product, giving potential customers an easy path to upgrade from a 3-axis accelerometer solution to a 6-axis A+M combo solution.

    9-Axis Soft GYROSCOPE

    MiraMEMS can provide software algorithm of a gyroscope, with an output frequency up to 64 Hz, and a resolution of 1 deg/S, 60 ms delay. MiraMEMS’ 9-axis soft gyroscope solution delivers low power consumption, which is only a fraction of a traditional 9-axis combo. Using 6-axis A+M combo with soft gyro algorithm, one can achieve many functions originally implemented by 9-axis combo, for example the indoor navigation.

    Intelligent Motion Sensor 

    MiraMEMS’intelligent motion sensor is an open architecture solution, integrating a 8-bit MCU with embedded 16K ROM and 1K Static-RAM and a 3-axis accelerometer. The solution comes with a set of code development tools, including the integrated development environment (IDE). Open architecture’s excellent extensibility and sensor data integration capabilities allow the local processing to reduce the loading of main chip. To help speed up the product development, MiraMEMS also provides a software library suite. This suite includes highly accurate pedometer algorithm and algorithm with anti-noise filters, and sleep monitoring algorithm. Open architecture of programmable algorithm provides the possibility for subsequent multiple sensor, including fall detection, 6D orientation implementation.
