    MiraMEMS’ pressure sensor solution is a digital barometric using the principle of capacitive sensing principle with highly integrated 24-bit Sigma-Delta ADC and embedded temperature sensor readout together. Pressure sensors are suitable for different applications such as handset devices, weather monitoring, elevator, indoor navigations and drop detections. Both I2C and SPI serial interfaces are supported for data output.
